My client, a main contracting building organisation currently has an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team in Aberdeen. This company has an excellent reputation throughout Scotland and this position has arisen due to an increase in workload.
Candidates with varying levels of experience will be consider but ideally you will have a track record of working on projects in excess of £3 million and knowledge of the NEC3 form of contract is essential.
