Head of Department role!
Regarded amongst the leading building and civil construction companies in the UAE, this company currently requires a senior level Quantity Surveyor.
The company has contributed to the rapidly changing face of Dubai. Projects include a rang of high rise buildings, commercial and residential complexes, processing industries, parks, leisure facilities, port facilities, multi-storeyed car parks and more.
Located in Dubai, you will be required to lead and manage the WHOLE Quantity Surveying department. You will also gain the opportunity to work on a range of large-scale commercial, residential, high rise, mixed use, recreational, infrastructure and civil projects.
Requirements for this role are as below:
- Degree in either Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
- Chartered member of the RICS.
- 15 years post-graduate experience.
- Extensive experience working for contractor companies.
- Previous experience working in the Middle East.
