A civils sub contractor is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen there commercial division for projects in and around the West Midlands area on ground works and minor civils schemes.
Reporting directly to the MD this role will involve managing small contracts and performing such tasks as tender pricing, cost analysis, diary sheets, making sure valuations are paid, completing monthly values and completing preparation of pre-qualifications and monthly reports, forecasts and final accounts.
Candidates must have experience at a similar level working for a civil contractor and a willingness to travel is preferred. A Quantity Surveying qualification will be essential. Candidates will be considered whom are studying part time towards their qualification.
