This will be a full 360 recruitment role in which you will be responsible for sourcing and resourcing high calibre candidates, interview prep, managing any existing accounts as well as developing new business, liaising with key clients and driving sales forward in order to maximise sales.You will have a solid client base and a good database of candidates available to work from across the Accountancy sector; you will be focussing on part-qualified Accountants within Industry & Commerce, making perm placements and given full autonomy to develop your desk and drive sales forward you will be expected to bill at least £10k per month once established.
As an established recruiter you will ideally have 2 years experience working perm business within Accountancy & Finance, preferably placing part-qualified accountants, with a good knowledge of the market and a solid proven billing record.You will be driven, professional and tenacious, with a real flair for business development, a solid work ethic and a hunger to succeed and earn serious money.You will receive ongoing training and development and the chance to take your career to the next level within a successful and supportive environment - they also offer an enviable commission scheme.
