RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - CONSTRUCTION
SOUTHAMPTON
BASE £17,000 - £23,000 + OTE
This consultancy has been trading since 2005 and has gained an extensive market share in the Construction recruitment industry. To continue their growth they require a motivated and experienced consultant to join the current team in the Southampton office. As one of the most up and coming specialist recruitment consultancies in the sector, and to continue their forecasted growth, they are investing in experienced recruiters to come on board and drive business forward.
You will take on a full 360 role, working a perms construction desk you will be involved in candidate generation and liaisons, weekly canvas calls and client meetings in order to win business and develop lasting relations.You will not be expected to bill in your first month, but working on a sliding scale you will be billing £10k per month once you have established yourself in your role (about 4 months in).You will be making perm placements at all levels across the construction sector and will have support and guidance from your hands on managers as and when you require.
You will be an experienced consultant with at least 2-3years within the construction sector, with a strong and proven billing history.You will be confident, ambitious and driven, with a strong character and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with a range of clients, you will be professional, motivated and dynamic with a hunger to succeed and earn big money.You will receive ongoing training and development and great opportunity to progress your career alongside an excellent commission scheme.
