We are currently representing a unique specialist consultancy focussing on the Construction Technical and Construction Trades & labour niche markets. To be considered you will need 12 months+ recruitment or sales experience, ideally from a Construction market or related sector, with strong business acumen and a passion to succeed.With a good knowledge of the local area you must demonstrate tenacity, drive and professionalism as well as the charisma to build solid relationships; generally showing a hunger to excel and earn serious money.
In a truly autonomous environment you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, sourcing high calibre candidates, liaising with key clients, generating leads and winning new business with prestigious clients; you will be fully supported by a fantastic admin team giving you the scope to build a high performing construction desk, specialising in your own niche market and maximising desk revenue.
