Bringing a whole new dimension to the Education Recruitment market, this ambitious independent is taking no prisoners on the path to success.In only a few years they have won several awards for their business activities, achieved the appropriate Quality Mark, and are preferred suppliers to a host of local authorities, government offices and private establishments. They specialise in the placement of teachers on long-term assignments, with the emphasis on continuity and reliability.Increased demand has created the need for additional Recruitment Consultants for their Essex office.
You will be taking on a full 360 recruitment role, including sourcing and resourcing candidates, managing certain existing accounts, with a focus on business development you will liaise with key clients to generate new business and drive sales forward.You will be placing Education staff within the Secondary and Nursery Nurse Division billing between £10k & £15k per month once established.Given full autonomy to grow and develop your desk, the opportunity is there to earn excellent money.
You will be an established consultant with at least 12 months working within Education recruitment and at least 2 years within the recruitment industry, with a strong proven billing history and knowledge of perm and long-term supply placements.You will be assertive, ambitious and driven, with a hunger to earn exceptional money, as well as a flair for business development and excellent communication skills.You will be given full guidance and support, with opportunity to take your career to the next level as well as the chance to earn fantastic amounts in commission.
