Tackling the full 360 recruitment cycle you will be responsible for networking and headhunting suitable candidates, generating leads and generally developing new business in order to drive sales forward.Working across the Banking sector you will be building the front office division, placing candidates at various levels in front office roles, working on a retained and contingent basis; you will be given full autonomy to develop your desk and maximise revenue and will be expected to bill at least £15k per month once up and running.
As an established recruiter you will ideally have 2 years + experience working within the Banking sector, preferably placing Front Office positions, with a good knowledge of the market and an exceptional billing record to date.You will demonstrate tenacity, drive and charisma, with a professional approach and a solid work ethic as well as a hunger to earn exceptional money.You will receive ongoing training and development with full scope to progress your career, within a dynamic and reputable business who can offer competitive basics and the chance to earn fantastic commission.
