RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - GERMAN SAP CONTRACTOR

BASE £20,000 - £25,000 DOE + COMMISSION
One of the UK's 'Companies to Watch', this impressively-sized firm has a solid niche supplying SAP & Integration staff across the UK and Europe. The company has a strong belief in internal promotion and development, evident by Directors that joined the team as Consultants. They are now seeking professional recruiters to join the European team of 100 strong based in London.
Taking on the full recruitment cycle you will be expected to hit the ground running and will be sourcing and resourcing suitable candidates and managing existing accounts, as well as developing new business with key players in the German SAP market in order to bring them on board and drive the division forward. Covering the IT SAP market across Germany you will focus on making contract placements at various levels and once up and running you should be billing at least £10k per month once established.Their will be some KPI's in place to help you meet your target, but there will be a lot of autonomy in developing your desk, with the focus on the quality of your work and the productivity as a result.
As a fluent German-speaker you will ideally have 12 months experience recruiting within the IT sector, with a good understanding of the German market, a solid track record and a strong billing history.You will be articulate, professional, charismatic and driven, with a firm work ethic and a real flair for business development, in a role that is very much about relationships you must show an understanding of how the German market works and build rapport with key clients; you will also demonstrate a desire to succeed and a hunger to earn exceptional money.You will be offered support and guidance in developing your career, and if shown willing to succeed and progress you will receive unrivalled remuneration and benefits.
