This successful Medical consultancy was recently established, but in a short time has experienced much success and built up a respectable client base.They are currently undergoing expansion and have exciting career prospects for consultants, with an excellent training scheme and the scope to reach management level; they have a completely autonomous environment enabling their consultants to provide an unrivalled professional level of service for their clients and candidates alike.Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking for experienced consultants to join their London office.
Taking on a warm desk you will be expected to hit the ground running, responsible for sourcing and resourcing suitable candidates, prepping them for interview and dealing with existing accounts, liaising with clients in order to maintain a strong relationship - there is no business development to be covered. There is so much business in place you will have a large network to work from straight off - placing candidates in temp positions within the Social Services sector and specifically Community Care - working at an average profit of £5-£6 per hour.
As an established Social Care recruiter you will have at least 12 months experience placing qualified social care workers, with proven billings and a successful career history.You will be confident, driven and professional, with proven leadership qualities and strong communication as well as being determined to succeed and excel your career.You will receive full support and guidance and scope to progress your career within a stable and successful company who can offer you fantastic remuneration.
