BASE £20,000 - £25,000 + TO 25% COMMISSION + BENEFITS
This organisation has carved a formidable reputation within the last decade and is still very hungry for further growth.They operate across several complementary sectors including Accountancy, IT and Office Support, placing both Permanent & Temporary personnel and their unique approach combines the commitment and personal service of a local agency with large-scale investment and technology, on a par with international groups. Due to continued growth they are now looking to take on experienced consultants for their London office.
This will be a full 360 role, involving everything from candidate generation, interview prep and managing existing accounts, to new business development and liaising with key clients in order to bring them on board and drive sales forward.Working within the IT sector you will be making perm placements at various levels, focussing specifically on the oracle market in positions such as Project Managers and Business Analysts with salaries ranging up to £60k.You will have full autonomy to develop your desk and should be billing around £180k pa once established.
As a competent recruiter you will have at least 18 months experience working within IT, with specific knowledge of Oracle, a strong proven billing record and a stable career history.You will be confident, driven and professional, with proven sales ability and strong communication skills, as well as being determined to succeed and earn fantastic money.You will receive ongoing training and development, with scope to take your career to the next level whilst taking home enviable remuneration.
