WIMBLEDON
BASE £18,000 - £25,000 DOE + COMMISSION
This organisation aims to provide a one-stop business consultancy, training, and solutions service throughout Europe and the US, concentrating exclusively on the contract market since their inception in the early 70's. Today, the consultancy works for a large number of high-profile clients, including some of the biggest names in Banking, IT and Telecoms, and generates an annual turnover of £140M. The firm has over 2,000 contractors on assignment at any one time, with an average placement lasting one year and with continued growth are now recruiting Consultants for their successful Wimbledon team.
This will be a full 360 recruitment role, including everything such as sourcing and resourcing suitable candidates, interview prep, managing some existing accounts with a focus on developing new business, liaising with key clients in order to bring them on board and drive the division forward.Working within the IT sector, you will be making perm placements in generalist roles across the IT market, providing a quality service in order to maximise revenue.You will be given full autonomy to develop your desk and should be billing at least £10k per month once established.
As a competent recruiter you will have at least 2 years experience within the IT sector, with a stable career history and a strong and proven billing record.You will be driven, professional and charismatic, with a flair for business development and strong communication skills, as well as being hungry to earn great money.You will receive ongoing training and development within an expanding company who can offer you great career progression and the chance to earn fantastic commission and benefits.
