RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - IT SALES

This multiple award-winning organisation has carved a formidable reputation within just 8 years and is still very hungry for further growth.They operate across several complementary sectors including Accountancy, IT and Office Support, placing both Permanent & Temporary personnel. Their unique approach combines the commitment and personal service of a local agency with large-scale investment and technology, on a par with international groups. With plans to grow the team by almost 50%, they are beginning this plight by recruiting talented consultants for their London team.
You will be taking on the full recruitment cycle, everything from sourcing and resourcing candidates, interview preparation, managing existing accounts as well as new business development, building relations to drive the division forward.You will be making placements at all levels across the IT sector, placing candidates into generalist IT sales positions on a permanent basis, with certain KPIs in place to help you meet target.Generally you will be given full autonomy to develop your desk and bring in new business.
You will be an experienced consultant, ideally with 18 months working within the sales side of IT, with a stable CV and a strong proven billing history.You will be confident, tenacious and professional, demonstrating a mature approach, you will be intelligent and articulate with a flair for business development and a hunger to earn exceptional money.You will receive ongoing training and development, the scope to progress your career as well as the opportunity to earn fantastic remuneration.
