BASE £20,000 - £30,000 DOE + £150k OTE
Established for over 10 years, this company is a highly successful IT recruitment consultancy, placing Permanent and Contract IT professionals on a worldwide basis. Turnover has increased year-on-year and they are enjoying continued success. They operate preferred supplier agreements with many FTSE 250 companies and supply them with skilled IT staff and due to ongoing expansion, they are now looking to recruit highly motivated individuals for one of their key offices.
This will be a dual desk scenario and you will adopt a full 360 recruitment role, responsible for all aspects including candidate generation, managing existing accounts, as well as new business development, cultivating relationships with key clients in order to drive business forward.Working within the IT sector you will be focussing on various vertical markets within the Public Sector, making placements at all levels, you should be billing around £10k per month once established.Full autonomy to develop your desk and drive sales forward.
As a competent recruiter you will have at least 2 years experience ideally from an IT background, with a good understanding of the market and a strong and proven billing history.You will be confident, professional and driven, with strong communication skills and a flair for business development, as well as a hunger to succeed and earn big money.You will receive ongoing training and development, with scope to progress your career and earn fantastic remuneration as well as company
