In this role you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, including all aspects from sourcing and resourcing suitable candidates, managing existing accounts and generating leads to developing new business and liaising with key clients in order to bring them on board and maximise sales. Focussing on the legal sector you will be placing Legal professionals in senior level positions.You will be given full autonomy to develop your desk and maximise revenue, and once up and running you will be expected to bill at least £200k per month.
As an established recruiter you will ideally have 2 years + experience preferably within the Legal sector, capable of working Partner level, with a proven billing history and an exceptional track record.You will be articulate, professional and driven, with the charisma needed to build lasting relationships, a flair for business development and a hunger to succeed and earn serious money.You will join an established team with a wealth of business in place to start you off, you will receive ongoing training and development with full scope to progress and develop your career within a reputable firm whilst earning fantastic remuneration.
