This will be a full 360 recruitment role, and you will be responsible for building your desk from scratch within the Oil & Gas arena across the UK and international markets, as such, you will be generating suitable candidates, tapping into business from any existing clients as well as pushing business development and bringing new clients on board in order to drive your desk forward.You will cover all avenues within the Oil & Gas sector, tapping into new markets and expanding your reach, placing candidates in various positions across the whole sector.You will be expected to hit the ground running and will have full autonomy in developing your desk and maximising sales.
As a tenacious recruiter you will have at least 2 years experience within the Technical, Engineering or Oil & Gas markets, with a stable career history and a passion for recruitment.You must have a proven billing history in excess of £200k pa to be considered, as well as demonstrating confidence, drive and professionalism, with a real flair for business development, strong communication skills and a real hunger to maximise your earnings.This will be a fully autonomous role and you will be offered great scope to progress your recruitment career within this expanding company, who can offer a fantastic benefits package on top of unrivalled commission.
