RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - PHARMACEUTICAL
LONDON HAMMERSMITH
BASE £20,000 - £30,000 + TO 20% COMMISSION
This is a specialist IT consultancy who is dedicated to providing high quality permanent and contract staffing solutions to prestigious clients across the UK and Europe.With more than 20 years combined experience, their approach is driven by the desire to continuously improve and as such, they are on target to become one of the leading recruiters in the market.Due to ongoing success and expansion they are now looking to take on experienced consultants for their London team.
Taking on the full recruitment process, you will be responsible for all aspects including sourcing suitable candidates, generating new leads, managing any existing accounts as well as driving business forward through liaising with new clients, winning their business and maximising sales.Covering the IT side of Pharmaceuticals you will be placing Clinical Research Staff and Testers in contract and perm positions, and with full autonomy to develop your desk you will be expected to bill at least £10k per month once established.
As a competent recruiter you will ideally have at least 12 months experience working within Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals, with a solid understanding of the recruitment process and a successful and proven billing history.You will be tenacious, driven and professional, with a real flair for business development, strong communication skills and a solid work ethic, as well as being hungry to earn exceptional money.You will be given full support and guidance in developing your career, with great opportunity to progress and the chance to seriously maximise your earning potential, within a dynamic and supportive team.
