RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - PROFESSIONAL SECTOR

BASE £16,000 - £20,000 + TO 35% COMMISSION
This is an exciting new organisation with strong financial backing and large scale expansion plans, they offer their consultants full autonomy and scope to progress from day one.Promoting an entrepreneurial environment they fully support your expansion within professional recruitment sectors, currently covering mid-senior level positions across sectors such as IT, Media and Accountancy.Due to their active growth plans, they currently require experienced consultants for their Norwich office.
Working a full 360 recruitment role you will be responsible for candidate generation and project management, with a focus on new business development, liaising with key clients in order to maximise sales and drive business forward.You will have full autonomy to develop your desk from scratch, within a professional sector of your choice to suit your expertise, as long as there is business there and money to be made.You will be making mid-senior level placements, with vacancies of £25k - £30k salaries, you should be billing around £8k once established.
As a competent recruiter you will have at least 2 years experience working within a professional sector, with a stable career history and a successful billing record.You will be professional, tenacious, driven and charismatic with excellent business development skills and a strong work ethic as well as demonstrating a hunger to earn exceptional money and progress your career.This is an exciting opportunity for a keen and motivated recruiter to become part of a growing and successful company, in a fully autonomous environment there will be plenty of scope to progress your career and maximise your earnings.
