Seeking a talented recruitment consultant to develop a high performing desk within the Risk market, covering perm business and driving sales forward within this highly successful London office.

360 recruitment role; you will be sourcing high calibre candidates and developing relationships with new and existing clients within the Risk & Finance markets, networking and headhunting in order to win business and build a strong desk in order to maximise revenue.Fully autonomous role, you will have full control over your monthly take home and progression within this prestigious company.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years recruitment experience within a Financial perms market, with strong commercial awareness and a passion for recruitment.You must have a proven billing record of at least £150k and will demonstrate tenacity and charisma; as a true team player you will be professional and highly motivated with a hunger to earn serious money and excel your career.
