One of the UK's 'Companies to Watch', this impressively-sized firm has a solid niche supplying SAP & Integration staff across the UK and Europe. The company has a strong belief in internal promotion and development, evident by Directors that joined the team as Consultants. They are now seeking professional recruiters to join the 100 strong London's European team
Responsible for placing senior permanent personnel within UK SAP you will have full support and guidance as and when necessary, with autonomy to develop your desk.
Whilst you will be responsible for the 360 recruitment cycle there is phenomenal infrastructure in place, a large and highly effective resourcing function ensures that 2 of every 3 deals you make will be with candidates provided to you. Such support permitted one consultant to bill £1.6million last year and you can expect to be one of many in the company earning a 6-figure salary within your first 2 years.
As a competent recruiter you will have at least 2 years experience from any professional sector, with a solid proven billing record and a stable career history.
