BASE £25,000 - £30,000 + COMMISSION
Introducing a highly specialised, niche recruiter; they are market leaders within Environmental Health, Trading Standards, and Town Planning and have extensive market knowledge and expertise from their 2 decades of supply to their clients and candidates. With continued growth and expansion, they have recently launched their Public Sector Division from their prestigious London offices and are now looking to make additions to the team.
This will be a full 360 recruitment role in which you will be responsible for sourcing and resourcing suitable candidates, managing existing accounts as well as liaising with key clients in order to maximise sales and drive business forward.Working across Construction within the Public Sector you will be making white collar contract placements in positions such as Technical Officers & Trading Officers; with full autonomy to develop your desk and maximise revenue you will have no strict targets or KPI's!
As a competent recruiter you will ideally have 12 months + experience preferably within Technical into Public Sector markets, with a good understanding of the industry and an exceptional track record to date.You will be confident, driven and tenacious, with a professional approach and a flair for business development, as well as being hungry to earn serious money.You will receive ongoing training and development with genuine scope to progress your career within an expanding company who can offer fantastic benefits and commission.
