RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (ENGINEERING & PRODUCTION DIVISION)
LOCATION: DONCASTER
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £20-25,000 + Commission (open-ended).

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
- Prior experience as a recruitment consultant in a professional environment is essential (consideration may be given to exceptional candidates with a background in engineering or technical sales)
- Whilst prior experience in technical/engineering/production recruitment would be preferred it is not a perquisite but candidates would be expected to be able to understand or relate to technical/engineering/production issues
- Proven track record of success to date as a recruitment consultant
- Sales ability, both face to face and over the phone
- The mental toughness to battle and succeed as a recruitment consultant in a recessionary climate
- The ability to build long-term relationships

ROLE INFORMATION:
- A full 360 degree recruitment consultant's role specialising in £20k+ jobs in the engineering and production sector (e.g., engineering manager, quality manager, technical manager, production manager, quality controller, health & safety manager, production supervisor, engineer)
- Full recruitment consultancy role encompassing sales, marketing, business development, candidate generation, search, selection & customer service
- Each recruitment consultant will be involved in sales calls, client visits, candidate interviews, candidate resourcing and candidate matching
- We can offer a recruitment consultant training programme and ongoing management support and development
