This multiple award-winning organisation has carved a formidable reputation within just 8 years and is still very hungry for further growth.They operate across several complementary sectors including Accountancy, IT and Office Support, placing both Permanent & Temporary personnel and their unique approach combines the commitment and personal service of a local agency with large-scale investment and technology, on a par with international groups. With plans to grow the team by almost 50%, they are beginning this plight by recruiting 3 Accountancy Recruiters to join their London team.
Your role initially focuses on candidates to train you on industry terminology and give you the tools and confidence once you start liaising and meeting clients. Once fully-fledged, your role will be approximately 70% business development and any new business will be rewarded with key accounts for you to manage - increasing your earning potential massively each time.
You will have previous recruitment experience, with a professional sales background, and a polished, motivated and driven demeanour.You will be passionate about professional recruitment and building relationships, and will be keen to settle your recruitment career into a high earning professional sector with a strong brand.
