BASE £25,000 - £40,000 DOE + COMMISSION & BENEFITS
This company was established two decades ago to provide high-calibre permanent and temporary personnel to a wide selection of clients, servicing UK and International Banking & Finance Institutions. They attribute their continued success to a team of professional Consultants who share over 50 years Financial Recruitment experience and who are renowned for providing their clients and candidates with a confidential quality service. Due to planned growth they require additional Consultants to work on the temp desks.
Showing your ability to hit the ground running you will tackle the full recruitment cycle, generating candidates, sourcing leads and developing good opportunities for new business - bringing new clients on board in order to drive sales forward. Covering the Banking sector you will focus on placing candidates in various temp positions across the market, and with full autonomy to develop your desk and maximise revenue, you should be billing at least £10k per month once established.
Ideally, you will have banking or financial recruitment experience, though other professional sectors will be considered. You will be strong in your discipline - temps or perms -joining a successful and expanding business you will be offered genuine scope to progress your career and maximise your earnings.
