With a turnover of around £15million, this company specialises in the recruitment of staff for a range of industries in the Construction sector. The company formed in the late 90's and since then has placed hundreds of candidates and temporary contract staff into positions for their wide-ranging clients from small specialist companies to large facilities management providers. Now expanding their Southampton team, they are recruiting experienced Consultants for their teams.
You will join a 360 recruitment role, placing a huge range of permanent roles into the Building Services sector of the Construction industry. You will handle a huge range of candidates covering all levels of the industry, and your role will focus on business development to increase your desk and generate further business from existing and new business, building strong rapport for repeat business and the generation of referrals. You will work to structured KPIs, expected to bill £30K-£40K per quarter and are offered massive scope to progress.
You'll be an experienced perms recruiter from within the Construction marketplace, ideally with a Building Services background and consistent billing record. You will be a hard-working, dedicated and savvy Recruiter, with a proactive and driven approach. You are rewarded highly, with top Consultants taking home £100K+, a quarterly bonus, and excellent progression opportunities.
