Formed at the turn of the Century and originally focusing exclusively on IT, this company has grown to be one of the most respected and professional agencies in the marketplace within not only the IT sector but also Engineering & Sales. Turnover has doubled in the last three years; this is an expanding business, meaning it is a great chance to join something successful. Due to this continued expansion and success they are now looking to take on experienced consultants for their Reading office Engineering division.
Joining a warm desk you will be taking on a full recruitment role, including sourcing and resourcing candidates, project and account management, as well as new business development, liaising with key clients in order to drive your desk forward.Covering the Engineering sector and working specifically within the Electronic Hardware market, you will be making contract and perm placements across the whole of the UK, in positions such as Electronics Designers and PCB Designers - you will be given full autonomy to grow your desk and should be billing £150k per year once established.
As a confident recruiter you will have at least 12 months experience, ideally working within the Engineering or Electronic markets, with a good knowledge of the sector and a strong proven billing history.You will be tenacious, driven and professional, with the ability to hit the ground running and build lasting relationships, as well as being hungry and determined to succeed.Joining a dynamic and supportive team you will have plenty of scope to progress your career whilst earning fantastic remuneration - a true meritocracy.
In return you will receive a base salary up to £25,000 with uncapped commission up to 25%, plus the opportunity to qualify for a car / car allowance. The team you will be joining are passionate about what they do, and there are quarterly holiday competitions for teams to Europe.
