RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS - ENGINEERING
SURREY
BASE £35,000 - £40,000 + BENEFITS
Established nearly 20 years ago, this £5M company provides both contract and permanent recruitment services to businesses within the Construction and Engineering sectors, with a core niche in Rail-related Engineering personnel. With business plans now in place to expand their services into the IT sector, they are seeking experienced and talented Consultants to take over their successful Engineering business from their Surrey location.
Developing your desk from scratch this will be the full recruitment role, both contingency and retained work, where you will also be doing business development, and occasionally meeting clients as well. You won't be micromanaged - the company will allow you to have the space to do your job. As well as a competitive basic salary and commission package you will have an experienced team behind you for support.
Paramount to the business, you will need to be an experienced Consultant from the Rail, Engineering, or related sectors, with credible success in maximising sales. You will have an exemplary billing record in your recruitment career and will demonstrate savvy and professionalism. You will be rewarded highly in this integral role, including benefits and a generous commission structure.
This role will not last! For further information and for a fully confidential discussion about this exciting opportunity, call Aston Taylor NOW, quoting reference SW018959.
