This is a specialised technical recruitment agency, founded in the late 90's, with a first-class reputation within the high-end technology sector. They are now looking to expand their team in Hertfordshire with the recruitment of an experienced Consultant who will add value to an already successful office.
Taking on a HOT desk you will demonstrate your ability to hit the ground running, filling business right away, this is a full 360 role with the focus initially on existing business and sourcing suitable candidates; once established you will be involved in new business development, with a view to bringing on new clients and maximising sales. Working within the IT sector you will be making perm placements, placing into the Project Manager and Test Vertical markets within the IT sector, dealing with salaries from £20K-£80K with some of the UK's largest companies. The environment is laid-back, with a dress-down code unless on client visits, and a buzz of motivation due to fantastic sales incentives and quarterly bonuses.
Ideally you will have previous recruitment experience from a resourcing or account management background with a desire to pursue a new business development role.You will have a good understanding of the Software marketplace and a proven track record as well as demonstrating professionalism, savvy, determination, self-motivation, and hunger. You are rewarded generously with a flat 40% commission structure and ongoing career development within a secure and expanding business.
