There are now opportunities for experienced Consultants to join their Wimbledon office - one of the rare occasions that a position such as this isn't filled internally.

After a fantastic 2-week training academy to introduce you to the company's unique approach as well as polish and excel your current skills, you will join a new desk and will inherit a small number of clients to support your establishment with this firm. You will have a full recruitment role in the provision of IT perm and contract staff and once you are settled will work towards creating a specific niche to work within. You will benefit from clear direction and guidance, and encouraged to meet clients and candidates regularly. You will be resourcing candidates up to 6-figure salaries, proactive and professional in your approach, with average £8K fees. Top Consultants earn an average £10K commission each month; a realistic and achievable target for you to meet.
You will have 1year+ recruitment experience in the IT sector with a proven and consistent billing record whilst demonstrating achievements in business development, drive, determination, professionalism, and tenacity. You are rewarded superbly with this company with up to 25% commission and unlimited earnings, as well as excellent training, a great benefits package, huge scope within the group for career development.
