Introduced to the UK recruitment market at the turn of the Millennium, this company are niche suppliers to the Health, Public Sector and Generalist IT sectors, and report a turnover in excess of £7M. They specialist in recruiting CRM professionals into permanent positions throughout Europe and with further expansion and exciting growth plans, they are now looking to increase their Glasgow team with the recruitment of experienced Consultants.
Your role will be instrumental to the full recruitment cycle of many prestigious clients to supply professional generalist IT staff at all levels. You will proactively develop existing accounts as well as identifying and securing new accounts, sourcing and interviewing candidates, visiting clients, and managing the whole interviewing process. You will have structured targets to work to and exceed and will inherit a lot of warm business to supply to, network, and gather referrals from.
You will be an experienced Recruiter with a strong and consistent billing history, though not necessarily from the IT sector - though obviously this would be beneficial. You will have a thorough understanding of the recruitment lifecycle as well as excellent business acumen, savvy, drive, and confidence, and will be rewarded with a generous basic, possible guarantees, a lucrative commission scheme, and additional soft benefits which increase with progression.
