Two Legal Temps Recruiters are URGENTLY required for the Manchester office, dealing with the positions from Paralegals to Heads of Legal, with a large % of business in the public sector, along with in-house positions, public and private practices.This is a professional environment in which you will enhance your skills and progress your career.
To be considered, legal temps recruitment experience is essential - high volume but high quality recruitment.Due to the nature of the market you will need to have a strong personality, plenty of gravitas, and the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel within the legal sector.You will be confident and strong at multi-tasking with a positive work ethic and an eye for detail.
The office has a strong team who work well together, with the emphasis being on success for the whole team.Casual dress policy, a healthy - work life balance (strict hours of 9-5.30) and team incentives are a few of the benefits of working with this Company.On top of this the earning potential is fantastic - you will be dealing with margins of c. £10/ hour, with an uncapped commission scheme and a competitive basic package, plus 25 days holiday and an early finish on a Friday once a month, along with a contributory pension and healthcare options after qualifying period.
