Joining a team of dynamic and social Consultants, you will start a new desk for a full recruitment role in the provision of interim and permanent PR and Communications staff for the Public Sector. You will recruit for mid-senior roles at no less than £250 per day, averaging at £500-£600 and will build strong rapport with candidates for repeat assignment and referral generation. Business development will be hugely supported by the strong brand name and you have a huge client database to develop and link-sell. The top Consultant billed £800K last year and you will be expected to easily bill £200K in your first year (average in office is £380K).
You need to be an experienced Recruiter with at least 3 years working within a Marketing/PR background, as well as demonstrating a strong and consistent billing record. You will be hard-working, driven, tenacious, professional and confident with a consultative approach and will be looking for the final move that will bring the best out of your career.
