Founded 3 years ago, with over 20 years recruitment experience, this is a niche consultancy that was established under rather different circumstances.After extensive market research showed that people are bored with traditional recruitment companies, they aimed to set up a new style, edgy company who approach recruitment in a unique manner.Adopting a truly consultative and professional approach, they provide permanent recruitment solutions to their market sectors including specialist Education markets and Sales & Marketing.Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now taking on consultants for their Stafford branch.
As an experienced consultant you will take on a full 360 role, including candidate generation, arranging interviews, prepping candidates, as well as new business development - meeting with clients to build lasting relations and bring on new and exclusive business.You will be given full autonomy to develop your desk; you will be making permanent placements at all levels, with salaried ranging from £18k to £45k.You will either place Sales & Marketing positions, or you will work within Work based learning - placing NVQ trainers, Educational Assessors and Verifiers into businesses to help improve team performance. This isn't a KPI driven role and you will be offered support and guidance as and when you require.
You will be an established consultant with at least 3 years experience within White Collar perms recruitment, with a strong proven billing history and solid knowledge of the industry.You will be confident, driven and tenacious, with the charisma needed to develop strong relations and a determination to maximise your earning potential.
