Currently looking to expand, their London office is now recruiting talented Resourcers to join their Investment Banking team.
Working as a Resourcer you will be responsible for mapping business and sourcing suitable candidates whilst undergoing individual on the job training in all aspects of the recruitment process; you will tackle new business development within 2-5months, prior to that you can still expect realistic bonuses of £1000 per month!Covering junior roles you will receive full support and guidance, with great scope to develop within this prestigious company.
To be considered you must have at least 6 months experience working as a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant within a professional sector, with a good knowledge of the industry and strong business acumen.You will be articulate, professional and highly organised, with the ability to develop solid relationships and a hunger to further your career.
