DO YOU HAVE RESERVATIONS EXPERIENCE?
This highly regarded travel company based in Dundee is looking for experienced Reservations Consultant to join their successful Reservations department. The company specialises within short and long haul destinations and offers a variety of package, tailor-made, cruise and flight only bookings.
Role of Reservations Consultant:
* Dealing with booking worldwide reservations for customers over the phone and face to face
* Using a Reservations CRS system
* Providing destination advice to clients upon request to help them with their reservation
* Working to weekly and monthly sales and commission targets
* Providing a high level of customer service
Necessary Reservations experience:
* Experience of travel reservations
* CRS Reservations system experience
* Excellent customer service experience
