A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for an RF Design Engineer to join a global communications company to work on a nuclear facilities communication project. Excellent for senior level RF Microwave Design Engineers that thrive for a real technical challenge!!
What the Role Involves
"You will be working on a contract to supply a transceiver - for a nuclear facilities communication project.
"You will be designing from scratch in a range of 20GHz or above.
"You will be involved in new and amended designs from concept to completion, including: concept, detail design, prototyping, generating and releasing production drawing and assisting production.
"Design of microwave circuit elements, this particular product includes:
oLow Noise Amplifiers
oWaveguide components
oPower Amplifiers
oMixers
oFilters
oOscillators
oFrequency Multipliers
"The role will be not only designing the RF circuitry but also the housings, which are low cost and must integrate with the product well.
"Using Genesys or HFSS RF systems design CAD packages
"Working in a small team within a larger organisation at a key client's site
What the Company are Looking For :
"RF Design from scratch of 20GHz or above
"Design of microwave circuit elements, including at least half of the following: Low Noise Amplifiers, Waveguide components, Power Amplifiers, Mixers, Filters, Oscillators, Frequency Multipliers
"Design of the housings
"RF design simulation CAD
