My client is looking for a Head of nursing position based around Wrexham.
My client is a large, national, private healthcare organisation that provides nursing care to elderly people suffering from a range of, and sometimes complex, medical conditions. Set in a stunning location in North Wales the organisation prides itself in providing the highest standards of care.
As Head or nursing with a proven track record in healthcare management you will lead, manage and direct the care staff and take overall responsibility for all aspects of running the home. You will work in an efficient and productive manner within controlled budgets and you will display the commitment and drive to improve the already high standards.
To be considered for the role you must have a nursing qualification, RMN and have a valid NMC PIN number.
The successful home manager will be rewarded with a salary of GBP 40,000 with benefits and the opportunity to progress in one of the UKs largest private healthcare organisations.
