UK Business Development Director
£65,000 - £75,000 base plus double OTE
Our client is global leader in recruitment solutions looking for an experienced Business Development Manager/Director with a proven track record of sales within the recruitment managed services/RPO sector.
You will be required to identify new business and further develop existing accounts.
Candidates should also have:-
Extensive Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service or neutral Vendor Management experience
A demonstrable sales background in closing large/complex RPO/Managed Services &/or Outsource Recruitment Solutions
Exceptional business development background.
Leadership / Management skills – leading/driving an RPO/Managed Service Business Development/Sales team.
Strategic solutions sales experience selling at a high level.
Extremely comfortable in selling to the executive community (board, CXO).
Excellent project management skills and a thorough knowledge of the solutions sales life cycle.
Excellent communications/presentations skills are essential.
