Job Role

Based in London, you will be providing an advisory service on

The business of the Real Estate Finance team falls into 3 broad categories:
- Capital Raising
- M&A Lead Advisory
- Corporate Balance Sheet Optimisation

Working with fund managers, property investors/developers and occupiers,and most sources of capital your responsibilities will include:
- Provide significant input into the development of effective funding strategies for transactions and businesses and undertake financial analysis to appraise the relative merits of each, prepare reports and present to clients
- Extensive involvement in sell side mandates through financial analysis, preparation of Information Memoranda, project management and assisting with negotiation of commercial arrangements
Being a qualified ACA or ACCA accountant, you will also have the following:

- Experience of real estate finance and/or corporate financetransactions
- Highly numeric, preferably with advanced financial modelling skills
- Good understanding of the real estate funding markets
- High degree of personal drive and motivation to succeed
- Business development skills

£50,000 - £55,000 plus benefits andbonus
