Real Estate Investment Banking Director- Emerging Markets

Reporting to the Head of Investment Banking, you will be responsible for ongoing development of the real estate franchise. Key responsibilities will include:
* Further development of Russian and CIS client coverage in the small/ mid cap space
* Development of Central European and North African coverage capabilities for the group
* Deal origination
* Overseeing all aspects of deal execution
* Contributing to the strategic plan for ongoing growth of the investment banking franchise
The successful applicant will be an experience real estate corporate financier with a long, demonstrable transaction track record, supported by passion for and well-developed experience in covering emerging markets. Prior experience could have been gained elsewhere in investment banking, in prestigious boutique corporate finance houses, or in real estate advisory teams operating within strategic consultancy, advisory areas within accountancy practices. Applicants currently working in real estate corporate development or private equity within highly relevant geographies will also be considered.
