You will have a strong real estate background from either commerce, private equity, or real estate funds. Reporting directly into the head of accounting policy you will gain 1st hand experience of communicating all changes and developments within the wider group, especially focused around strategic market decisions. There is special emphasis on embedding of the IFRS framework into newly acquired property funds through the review of current treatments and the resolution of issues identified. You will be a qualified ACA with excellent IFRS technical knowledge coupled with an appreciation off the property / real estate market.
