Receptionist Location: London - City
Salary/Rate: £ 9
A fantastic challenging opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist who has experience of setting up a front of house reception.
The company has been established for many years and is expanding. They require a new reception area to meet and greet clients and create a switchboard process.
Key roles are:
Designing and implementing processes to establish a reception service for all visitors and contractors to the Departments London office.
Designing and implementing processes to establish a switchboard service.
Determining and agreeing service levels and standards with managers.
Drafting a job specification and training manual for adoption by substantive post holder.
The ideal candidate will have experience setting up or developing a new reception area.
