Reception - Temporary
We are looking for a receptionist to work for a leading commercial property consultants based in central London. You will need to have had previous reception experience with some administration support. This is a busy front of house role where you will need to be professional, well spoken and the ability to communicate with team members and clients.
Duties;
*Busy switchboard system
*Dealing with general calls and enquiries
*Meeting and greeting clients
*Administration support
*Ordering catering needs
*Arranging taxis and couriers
Skills;
*Busy reception experience
*Switchboard
*Able to work under pressure
*MS packages to an intermediate level
*Excellent communicator
