You will be covering when one of the company's full time receptionists is away on holiday, sick leave or when an extra pair of hands is needed.
Your role will include answering a busy switch board, meeting and greeting, booking couriers, post and other ad-hoc duties. You must have a work history as a receptionist, must be flexible, well spoken and a good telephone manner, have a help and friendly manner.
