My client is a market leading law firm with several offices across the UK. With a nationwide client base and ever increasing national service portfolio, they are seeking to recruit a receptionist / administrator for there Manchester office.

Main requirements:-
To ensure that incoming calls and visitors are dealt with professionally and as efficiently as possible at all times and to provide secretarial/administrative support to the firm and its departments as required.
Knowledge and Experience:-
·Previous experience of working with a reception area desirable
·Experience of dealing with difficult callers
·Previous secretarial experience preferably within a legal environment
·Good working Knowledge of MS Office suite,

·Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels
