Recruitment Consultant – Sales
Based in Branston, Burton On Trent
Salary:£18000 - £20000 plus OTE
A well established recruitment company with 30 years combined experience in the recruitment industry is seeking Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding team in Branston, Burton On Trent. Specializing in Temporary and Permanent recruitment within Accounting / Finance, HR and office Support, Engineering and Industrial support sectors.They work hard to recruit and retain high caliber talent for our clients and to be the benchmark in providing quality opportunities for candidates.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
·Help clients to recruit staff for their vacancies within the face paced industry, these vacancies can be permanent or temporary roles and can range from junior level Assistants to Managers.
·Be involved in attracting business from client companies by using sales, business development and marketing techniques.
·Build relationships with clients over the telephone, face to face and also in writing.
·Get to know the client companies, what they do, how they operate and the general culture or atmosphere of the workplace.
·Identify and evaluate employers' recruitment needs.
·Identify and evaluate candidates' recruitment needs.
·Negotiate terms of employment.
·Telephone interview potential candidates.
·Match candidate / client requirements.
·Canvass (cold-calling) employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements.
·Document client details and vacancy requirements in a brief.
·Clarify and negotiate salary and benefits relating to the role.
·Negotiate fees relating to work the consultant will undertake for the client.
·Advertise posts appropriately - drafting and placing advertisements (Recruiter, Magazine, Website, etc).
·Review applications, manage interviews and consider candidates and shortlists.
·Monitor candidates once placed.
·Collect feedback from employers on the performance of candidates who have previously been placed with them.
·Maintain current records and personal statistics for review against performance targets.
·Meet all legislation requirements including obtaining proof of eligibility to work in the UK from candidates and ensuring the referencing policy is adhered to.
·Achieve exceed KPI's, Monthly and quarterly targets.

In return you will receive a salary of £18000 - £20000 depending on skills and experiences plus an OTE.
