Peopleforwork have a
Part time position - 2 / 3 mornings or afternoons ( around 12 - 16 hours ) per week to support one of our clients in Coventry.
We require an experienced recruitment consultant / HR advisor or production supervisor with previous experience of working within the electronics sector.
Position requires carrying out local interviews, numeracy tests and referencing of candidates applying for our clients positions.
Other requirements are to meet any new starts which if required is 07:00am, maximum twice per week. Carry out return to work interviews and any diciplinary interviews in addition to co ordinating timesheets for agency workers on site.
Applicants must have own car / full UK driving licence as interviews can be at either the clients site or in the job centre ( mileage allowance payable )
Position will be flexible depending on the clients requirements but applicants must be able to accomodate 07:00 starts.
