Recruitment Administrator (Temp-perm)
London (West end)
Our client a leading recruitment organisation that supplies Interim Management professionals to clients is recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with previous recruitment experience and one that understands Interim Management.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the recruitment process, experience in resourcing candidates, sifting CVs, checking candidates against job briefs, organising interviews and testing, interviewing and also managing the offer and decline process.
Candidates will have an excellent telephone manner, be able to communicate effectively face-to-face and will have a high standard of personal presentation. Other attributes we are seeking are self motivation, excellent team work and the ability to use own initiative.
Other requirements are MS office skills and a good standard of education preferably degree level or equivalent. Experience in working within the medical sector would be advantageous.
