Our client is a prestigious city centre based organisation looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Advisor to work on nationwide campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well regarded blue chip organisation who are demonstrating employee and customer commitment alike.
You will be responsible for delivering the end to end process for specific recruitment campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Execute recruitment campaigns according to plan, through effective liaison with Resourcing /Relationship Managers
Investigate and scope specific recruitment and assessment requirements for assigned campaigns, provide reports and agree the service and solutions required
Agree, plan, and control assessment aspects of assigned campaigns, and participate fully in cross-functional projects / investigations, ensuring requirements are delivered to plan
Carry out assessment of candidates including structured competency interviews up to Leading and advising, using appropriate assessment tools.
Develop and maintain an understanding of the business area's activities to ensure cultural fit
Comply with recruitment processes and employment legislation and encourage across the team
To undertake activities across all areas of resourcing as required.
Key Skills:
Good understanding of recruitment campaign management processes and procedures
Proven effective interpersonal skills
Able to plan and organise resources and services effectively
This role involves supporting selection events across the country and a willingness to travel is required
Experience and Qualifications:
Appropriate level of Numerical and verbal competence
Ideally, at least partial membership of CIPD, working towards full membership
Good business, operational and office management skills and experience
Ability to maintain relationships across the board at all levels.
Established recruitment experience including CBI & Role plays
Desirable - SHL Level A and B
