It would be desirable that you have worked in an environment where you have had to recruit in the following fields - Equestrian (Grooms), Residential and Estate Management, Housekeeping, Chauffeurs, Nannies/Carers and Close Protection Operatives.

We are currently seeking a self-starting and enthusiastic experienced Recruitment Advisor to undertake the end-to-end recruitment needs of our organisation.
You will be someone wanting a challenging, rewarding and diverse role. The successful candidate will have previous high volume in-house recruiting experience either from a HR Generalist or dedicated Recruiter background. You will hold a qualification in a HR related field and ideally have completed or part-completed their CIPD. Thorough knowledge of UK employment law is required.
